My stay at Guo Ji Yi Yuan Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, making it easy to visit Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing area, but the rooms felt outdated and in need of renovations. While the staff were friendly and did their best, several service aspects and room amenities left something to be desired.
